1. Agreement to the Terms

You may share links to our publicly available articles for personal or non-commercial sharing, provided you do not modify the content or remove attribution. Systematic reproduction, paywalled or e-paper redistribution, or framing of our content without permission is prohibited.

6. User submissions and feedback

If you submit comments, feedback, tips, photos, or other materials (“User Content”), you confirm that you own or have rights to that content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display User Content in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the Services. You remain responsible for your User Content.

7. Acceptable use

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Rashtriya Kiran Media AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC PAID FEATURE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) INR 2,000.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rashtriya Kiran Media and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or if we discontinue the Services.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will survive.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Services, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that cannot be waived.

17. General terms

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any feature-specific terms presented at the time of use, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
